Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1.2 tbsp garlic, macerated
1 small onions, sliced
3/4 cup ground beef or pork
4 cup broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg, scrambled and cut into pieces
Cooking Instructions
Sauté garlic in hot oil. Add onions and ground meat, cook until done. Add broth and seasonings; bring to a boil. Add fideos and cook until done. Add egg strips and serve hot.
