calamansi juice

Instructions
Clean squid, slit on one
side to spread. Rub with salt, pepper and
sprinkle with vetsin. Season with as few drops
of calamansi juice. Let stand for 2-3 hours
before grilling. Add 1 tablespoon
cooking oil to marinate mixture. Brush squid
with this mixture while grilling.
