Ingredients
1 medium flat head (biyang put), cleaned and cut as desired
3 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  4 cups water
leafy vegetables of your choice, washed and cut
fish sauce
tamarind soup base
salt and pepper to taste
 
Cooking Instructions
1. Add tomatoes, onion and garlic to the water in a pot and boil for 5 minutes
2. Add fish and season with salt, pepper and tamarind base soup to taste
3. Simmer for 5 minutes with cover
4. Add the leaves and boil until cook. Serve with rice.
