Ingredients |
1 medium flat head (biyang put),
cleaned and cut as desired
3 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional) |

4 cups water
leafy vegetables of your choice, washed
and cut
fish sauce
tamarind soup base
salt and pepper to taste |

Instructions |
1. Add tomatoes, onion and
garlic to the water in a pot and boil for 5
minutes
2. Add fish and season with salt, pepper and
tamarind base soup to taste
3. Simmer for 5 minutes with cover
4. Add the leaves and boil until cook. Serve
with rice. |
